German Fur Association of Wholesalers and Traders

The German Fur Association was founded April 4th, 1950 and is a member of the International Fur Federation.

It works closely together with the German Fur Institute , the German Furriers Trade Association, the German Fur Breeders Association, the German Fur and Leather College to support and promote education and training within the trade and co-operates with a great number of national institutions and associations.

Its Fur & Fashion Frankfurt Messe GmbH organises the internationally renowned Fur & Fashion Frankfurt. Fur & Fashion Frankfurt Messe GmbH also takes charge of its member companies' participation in fairs held in markets that are of economic interest worldwide.

Fur & Fashion Frankfurt 2010 will be held from March 03th to March 06th together with Mifur, Micam and Mipel at the new Milan fairground in Rho. The Frankfurt "Market Days" planned from March 12th to March 14th, 2010 underline Frankfurt´s role as a fur and leather metropolis.
